Card entry, and time and attendance accounting
Thanks to the web-based supplementary module of nexONTIME, even remote domiciles can be connected to the central registration. Employees can keep track of their own working time data by the self-service system, they can keep track of their schedules, working time balance, or holiday limits. They can prepare, or correct if need be, their own electronic timesheet, and they can directly advise their superiors of their holiday requests.
In addition to the integrated time and attendance accounting, nexONTIME has all the functions one would expect of traditional entry systems: recording employees' time of arrival and departure, monitoring and, if deemed necessary, blocking the movements between buildings, floors or rooms, controlling doors, barriers and any other security equipment. The structure of the system
As the system is built from modules, it enables users with a low budget to gradually build up a system of several layers in size and services. Equipment-wise the system consists of card reader units, data collectors, power supply and a controlling computer. The reader units are various proximity card readers, or fingerprint and palm print identification readers.
The web-based and the 32 bit software versions have all the functionality to satisfy the needs of users. nexONTIME applications process data imported from other entry systems as well, thus the existing applications, which may have been expensive investments, can be developed into a comprehensive time and attendance accounting system.

When designing the system, we found it fundamental to create the highest data safety and security. Due to the state of the art technology we can offer a reliably operating entry system in almost any environment. Apart from the fact that the equipment can do whatever is expected of such products (non-copiable transmitters, sabotage-proof readers), it holds its ground in most demanding industrial environments as well.
Integration with nexONBÉR Payroll Management System
nexONTIME can be run on its own or integrated with nexONBÉR. As a result of integration, personal and time data (sick leave, holiday, etc) entered in nexONBÉR are available for nexONTIME, and vice versa.
Prior to the time data export the software checks them and generates a list of the employees with irregular time data. With the help of the list these incomplete or inaccurate registration data can be corrected easily. The solution based on the integration between nexONTIME and nexONBÉR applications ensures a far more efficient operation than a stand-alone entry system could offer.
