nexONBÉR in KFKI IT Group
The management of KFKI IT Group decided in late 2004 that the market leading nexONBÉR payroll accounting system would be introduced in both the holding and its eight subsidiaries. What it meant was that NEXON was in charge of the payroll management of the company's 500 employees. The project, which was implemented with a record speed of two months, was carried out by dr Károly Megyeri, Director of KFKI ISYS. We asked him about his experience and the lessons of the project.

In September 2004 the management of OBI decided that, in order to solve earlier problems as well as support a dynamic development, they were going to change their payroll management system and service provider. Thus, nexONBÉR was introduced throughout the Hungarian network of stores. In addition, nexONHR that provides a state of the art HR management solution was also installed. The implementation of the project worked with a very tight schedule, therefore both OBI and NEXON found it a significant challenge.
