nexONBÉR Pay and Labour Module
The module enables the user to do the payroll accounting of employees with a monthly salary, with an hourly rate, with payment by results or with payment on a commission basis, taking into consideration the premium, withholding taxes and other deductions, in accordance with the contemporary regulations. The software commits the payroll calculation of individual activity related income (e.g. royalty payment, commission fee) as well.

When doing the payroll accounting, it is also possible to do it individually, mid-month (off-cycle), or even for several months in advance, or to retrieve former payroll data.

nexONHR Personnel Administration Module is part of nexONHR system that helps to manage HR, training and job-related data. nexONBÉR Cafeteria Module
NEXON Cafeteria Module is a stand-alone one that offers a solution to the multi-level record keeping of fringe benefits and continuous monitoring by checklists. It calculates with the current statutory taxation according to the types of benefits.
Like the rest of nexONBÉR modules, the Cafeteria Module as well can be enlarged flexibly with other elements of fringe benefits, from which employees can choose freely. The application keeps record of the title of each benefit, their net and gross value, the maximum limit amount provided for the employee and the sum of the selected benefit elements.
The Cafeteria Module calculates the maximum limit amount available for a given period of time, and, if required, it can divide the amount proportionally. The application does not allow the employee to enter a higher amount than has been allocated.
The recorded data can be exported into nexONBÉR's pay module. The module offers to filter the recorded data from several aspects, e.g. printed statements of employees or summary of the various types of benefits on a monthly or annual basis.

nexONBÉR E-declaration (electronic tax return) Module
The E-declaration Module of nexONBÉR Payroll Management System is suitable for producing an electronic tax return in a standardized format based on the data loaded, as well as for reviewing and editing base data. In addition, by a utility application, data from external sources can be imported, or even several XML files of various sources can be combined. Thus, if correcting, the entire declaration needn't be rewritten, but the original one could be adjusted. The application guides the user along the tax declaration process via 35 data forms of a user-friendly interface, and provides basic control as well. It ensures that every private individual has a tax registration number, not any two people would have the same tax registration number, no negative amount would appear in the declaration, and total disbursement would equal with the corresponding amounts of A-forms. A-forms can be printed if necessary.
