The purchase of nexONBÉR licence

The client purchases the right to apply the software for an unlimited time. In addition to the software, we provide the updates (e.g. due to changes in regulations) free of charge for a year. After that we charge an update fee.

Software leasing

This solution means the leasing of the software. You pay a monthly fee for the use of the payroll software, in return we provide the updated version of the software for you, including the updates due to changes in the regulations. The software leasing fee can be immediately deducted as an expense.

Payroll accounting as an Application Service Provider

nexONBÉR Payroll Management System is available in the form of ASP. In this monthly fee paying solution nexONBÉR operates in our server centre, while continuous access is provided for you. There is no need to purchase nexONBÉR, nor do you need to be concerned with the operations-related IT tasks. To do remote payroll accounting, we provide a password and a framework to enable you to use the payroll application.

Payroll outsourcing - NEXON's nexONSOURCE service

When payroll is outsourced, the entire payroll management system is operated by us for you, the base data generated by your company are processed, then the processed data required for the monthly declarations are provided for you.
