Payroll uniquely swiftly and efficiently

nexONBÉR is the most efficient Windows based payroll management system available. This stems from the fact that not only did we convert the code lines of our market leading DOS based BERENC payroll management system, but we also redeveloped and optimised the software. We did it in order to provide the fastest payroll solution available on Windows and Oracle platforms to our current and potential clients.

Surprisingly low IT resource requirements

The IT resource requirements of nexONBÉR Payroll Management System are surprisingly low. For the server, a P4 processor with a minimum clock rate of 2GHz is suitable. To run the software, 256 MB RAM and 10 GB hard disc space on the server are sufficient. On the server side nexONBÉR requires Windows server operating system (minimum Windows NT4) and Microsoft SQL, or Oracle database server. Since late 2005 the software has been available for Microsoft SQL 2005 as well!

Should your company not have Microsoft SQL database server necessary to run the payroll software, it is available at Nexon at the uniquely reasonable price of 19,000 Forints.

nexONBÉR, the token of secure payroll

In nexONBÉR personal and pay data files include a data integrity field, therefore external unauthorised manipulation is discovered immediately. The payroll data stored on the hard disc are coded, thus are unreadable for the unauthorised user. An array of versatile and multi-level authorisation can be assigned to each user in the system. The authorisation may confine to modules, menu points, data forms or fields, as well as the possibilities for loading data and doing payroll. The payroll management system always logs and makes it retrievable which user entered the system and when, or what operations were performed, making misuse of the application completely transparent. The payroll system has its own data backup procedure as well.

When developing our payroll software, we laid great emphasis on making it suitable for the existing IT and economic environment. As a result, nexONBÉR payroll solution operates integrated with all the significant ERPs, including Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly Microsoft Axapta) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Microsoft Navision), BAAN, EXACT, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, TÜSZ, rREVOLUTION Iroda++ and Zenit. The integration of the payroll system is comprehensive: the payroll solution is able to connect to the ERP, import and export important payroll data to/from it.

Should you require to replace an SAP pay module, Microsoft Dynamics AX pay module, or any other ERP's pay module, nexONBÉR will integrate into your existing ERP with the maximum reliability, cost-effectiveness and flexibility.

Beyond all this, NEXON, Hungary's principal human informatics producer, offers solutions that cover the entire area of payroll management. nexONBÉR is easy to integrate with nexONTIME, our card entry, and time and attendance accounting system, or nexONHR, our HR management system.

Migration from an existing payroll solution to nexONBÉR

nexONBÉR was developed to fully support the migration from an existing payroll solution. Therefore, the payroll data entered in the former payroll system can be imported in nexONBÉR Payroll Management System practically automatically.
