Beyond all this, the data forms are clearly laid out, the data process can be done with a minimum effort.
The hot keys have been assigned based on the feedback from the users, that is the payroll clerks themselves, who work with them on a daily basis. They have established a decade's tradition in the Hungarian payroll software market.
Versatile functionality
Payroll clerks prefer nexONBÉR payroll management software to other payroll applications as pay elements, list settings or key functions can be adjusted by the users. Both the official and the rolled tax calculation processes can be applied, and individual requests are also available (e.g. tax payment by a higher tax bracket.)
Adjustments owing to retroactive pay rise or changes of amount limit (e.g. minimum wage, meal allowance) can be run automatically.
Most frequent payroll specialities can be set without programming. Individual lists can be generated from arbitrarily selected data recorded by the system. The lists can be processed directly by EXCEL. The statements and statutory data provision by the software package are accepted by every relevant authority, including the use of the social security module and its data provision on both floppy disc and lists.
Transfers to banks can be made automatically both electronically and on paper, in the form required by the bank. The software has an interface providing the facility to set the parameters by the user.
The use of abbreviated forms during payroll
Beyond the regular abbreviations accepted by Windows based applications, nexONBÉR offers several supplementary functions by which the use of the software and data loading are made easier and faster. (For instance, entering the date: the software accepts several ways for entering the date, even the word 'today' is immediately converted to the current date.)
